Construction Supervision Services for Rehabilitation (Redevelopment) Constructions of Squares, Streets and Landscapes All Over Istanbul City This is a project which contains multiple packages which include; - İstiklal Street: Infrastructure Rehabilitation and Redevelopment of the Pedestrian Street and Nostalgic Tramway Line - GOP Square: Rehabilitation of the Square and Landscaping -Üsküdar Seaside Road: Rehabilitation of Bosporus Seaside Road - Üsküdar Square: Rehabilitation of the Square and Landscaping, Sea Embankment on Piles -Tuzla Park: Rehabilitation and Transformation of the Municipal Waste Storage Area on Recreational Area -Provide to research, quality reassurance, construction monitoring, study, design and consultancy services -Reassure construction works to be in line with the final design, technical specifications, and requests from the client. -Review the construction works, making revisions if necessary -Examine, monitor, control every construction work and material and ensuring that design and technical specifications are correctly followed. -Check and approve the payment certificates prepared by the Contractor and their approval by Client, -Check all the documents to be prepared by the end of work and to carry out the organisation of job completion -Control and examine other facilities that are belongs to Contractor (site office etc.) -Provide monthly development reports and presentation in the aspect of both economic and technical to the Client -Check that the laboratory tests are appropriate -Ensure the work manufacture production in the scope of the contract and to control construction works.
