Design and Construction Supervision Services For Qelebe Square Grade Separated Road and Tunnel Project Baku City Qelebe Square (Across the Gençlik Subway Station): Construction Supervision for Grade Separated 6 Tunnels and Intersection s Total Cost: 307.443.306 USD. This project has been conducted under the FIDIC conditions Control and approval of 6 tunnels projects prepared by the project contractors and Azerbaijan Diplomatic Academy Country Road and Qelebe intersection roads. - Supervision - control of the works performed by the Contractor in the site and informing the Employer; - Checking the compliance of the laboratory tests; - Ensuring the performance of the production of the works in the scope of the project and supervision of these works; - Control and approval of the progress reports for payment that were issued by the Contractor. - Control of all the documents that will be issued upon completion of work and ensuring the completion of the work; - Delivery of all the documents to the Employer by the end of the work; checking all these documents before the certification by the employer; - Supervision of the productions performed in case of acceptance-delivery and performing the acceptance of project at the end of the auditing - controlling period and ensuring the return of the bonds to the Contractor;
